Our company, Parkfield Developments Ltd, has been trading since 1987. Over that time, we’ve built more than £1 million in equity and now manage 70 HMO rooms and 30 serviced offices across Stafford.
Our goal is simple: to help everyone get better at property by raising standards, educating landlords, and providing a safe, trusted space to openly discuss all things property.
Whether you’re just starting out or scaling from 1 to 10 properties, you’ll find the right people, knowledge, and support in this room.

Land Sourcer
Carole is the Managing Director of Land Site Plot Ltd, where she helps investors and developers source and appraise land opportunities.
With a background in Building Surveying and experience across sectors including finance and construction, she has a sharp eye for development potential and the detail that makes projects stack up.
Carole is also part of the ‘Women in Construction’ initiative and the ‘I am a Housebuilder’ Mentorship Programme, championing more women in the property and housebuilding industry.
